Information stored on your device, never sent to us

  • Tracker entries from the daily symptom tracker — stored in your browser's localStorage, on your device only. We never see them.
  • Plan answers from the personalized plan tool — same.
  • Quiz state from the symptom checker and doctor prep tool — same.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
  • We do not share your email with third parties for their marketing.
  • We do not use your tracker or plan data for any purpose — we don't have it.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of any personal information we hold about you (mainly: your email if you've subscribed)
  • Ask us to delete your information
  • Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in every email
  • Clear your tracker and plan data yourself by clicking the "Clear all" button in the relevant tool, or by clearing your browser's site data

Cookies

The Site uses cookies for analytics and (when enabled) advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser; the tools will still work but advertising and analytics may be less effective.

Children

The Site is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
